01Does it work with the WhatsApp Business I already have?

Yes. It integrates with the WhatsApp Business or API you already use. You don't need to change your number or notify your clients of anything.

02Will my clients know they're talking to an AI?

We don't deceive them: Vural introduces itself as the business's assistant. It speaks with the human tone of your team, but if a client asks directly whether it's a person, it says so.

03What happens with my clients' data?

It stays in your account. Vural processes messages to reply, but doesn't use them to train external models or sell them to third parties. It complies with the GDPR, with the data-processing agreement the law requires.

04What if it gives an incorrect answer?

Vural hands the conversation over to you whenever it's uncertain. You can see every conversation, intervene live, and turn it off whenever you want. The first week we do daily supervision together.

05Do I need to change my calendar system?

No. We connect with the one you already use — Treatwell, Booksy, Calendly, Doctoralia, Google Calendar or a spreadsheet. If you don't have a system, we set up a basic one at no extra cost.

06How long does it take to be up and running?

Seven days from the moment you share your message history and protocols. Three days of training, two days of parallel testing, two days of supervision in production.
