Every invoice will have to be chained and sealed against tampering: gap-free numbering, a chained hash and the tax office QR on the PDF. We are building it into Vural so that when the day comes you do not have to switch software or pay for a bolt-on module. It is not live yet — when it is, you will see it here.

Can the AI get prices or conditions wrong?
No. Vural only uses what you've taught it: services, prices, durations and rules. If something falls outside that, it passes the query to the right person and holds a provisional appointment for you. It never makes things up.
What if a client would rather talk to me?
It helps them and, if they ask, tells them you'll call. It doesn't replace your personal touch; it just takes away the repetitive replying.
Does it work with my current diary?
If you use Google Calendar, we connect it. If you're coming from another platform, we migrate your data with you —as standard, at no cost.
How long until it's ready?
We set up access to your WhatsApp with you (it's not two minutes; we walk you through it). Typically: ready in a couple of days.
How do I stop using it? And my data?
Cancel whenever, no lock-in. It's processed in the EU and it's yours: take it with you whenever you want.
