This policy explains what personal data we process through vural.io, for what purpose, and what rights you have. Vural is a product of AURA TECH S.L.

Data controller

What data we process and why

Demo requests. If you fill in the demo form, we process your name, email address, phone number, type of business, the scheduling tool you use, how you heard about us, and the optional message you write. We use it to contact you and prepare the demo. Legal basis: your consent when submitting the form.

Web analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 with Google’s Consent Mode: by default no data is collected with cookies, and only if you accept in the cookie notice is usage data processed in aggregate to improve the site. Legal basis: your consent. More detail in the cookie policy. We do not use analytics or advertising to profile you individually.

Technical data. The server logs technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited, dates) to guarantee the operation and security of the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

Who receives the data

We work with providers acting as data processors: Resend (delivery of the demo-request email) and Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics — only if you accept analytics cookies). We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for those parties’ own purposes.

International transfers

Resend operates in the European Union. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards provided for by the regulations (European Commission standard contractual clauses and additional measures).

How long we keep it

Demo-request data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and, where applicable, while a relationship or legitimate interest exists; it is then deleted or anonymised. Specific periods will be detailed in the full version.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to hola@vural.io. If you consider we have not handled your rights correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Minors

The website is not aimed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; the version in force is always the one published on this page.
